Multi-Family Residential and Mixed-Use Projects
| Various Architects, Contractors, and Developers | |
Ecotope has provided a wide range of design services to scores of new and existing
multi-family
residential projects from three to three hundred units in scope, across the Northwest region.
These services have included the full range of architectural and
mechanical system design services. In addition to consulting on energy efficient
lighting design, indoor air quality and heat recovery ventilation. Ecotope can also provide construction oversight and develop
commissioning specifications for building operation.
Our clients have included architects, contractors, sub-contractors, developers, utilities, and organizations with an interest in quality multi-family design. Ecotope has also developed detailed computer simulations of multi-family building performance to evaluate cost-effective construction measures, workable mechanical system designs, heat-loss characteristics of different construction types, and to document energy savings for utility incentive programs.
