Treasa is a Consulting Engineer at Sweek Engineers and acts as a valuable resource in technical field management and the commissioning process. A BCA Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP), Treasa has commissioned more than 20 buildings throughout the United States, totaling more than 2.5 million square feet with a focus on commercial offices, multi-family, hospitality, fire stations and branch banks. She is experienced in all aspects of the commissioning process from schematic design through the first year of occupancy, and has developed prototype commissioning programs both for in-house consulting firms and for corporate retails clients. As a speaker at commissioning conferences and an active volunteer for commissioning organizations, Treasa has played a leadership role in efforts to mainstream commissioning as an essential part of optimizing the performance of renovated and new buildings.
